Tanita Lessing is a sports-enthusiast & yoga teacher, with a passion for helping individuals & athletes unlock their full potential. She is a fully qualified Yoga & Movement Teacher, Sports Coach, and Provincial Athlete in Durban, SA.
Tanita received her first certification in The Art & Science of Yoga in 2015, and continues to study various aspects of yoga; offering classes designed for everybody.
In 2018 she trained with the Budokon University (Mixed Movements Arts) and believes that yoga can offer each individual a challenge, and a chance to connect, through a balanced blend of movement, yoga & meditation.
Her passion for sports has driven her to encourage athletes to practice yoga, and believes that they can gain an edge in competition by incorporating a combination of traditional Vinyasa Yoga & Mixed Movement into their training programs.
